On November 21, Ni Huaguang, Party Secretary, Deputy Chairman, and General Manager of Shanxi Construction Investment Group , held a working meeting with Pei Yanming, Party Secretary and Director of the Shanxi Institute of Surveying and Mapping, to have an in-depth exchange on further strengthening business cooperation.

Ni Huaguang introduced the company's business development situation. The Provincial Surveying and Mapping Institute possesses the richest content, widest coverage, and most up-to-date geographical information data in the province, and is an important supporting unit for advancing big data construction in our province. Both sides can strengthen cooperation in data sharing, engineering surveying monitoring, geographical information application, geological disaster monitoring and warning, urban physical examination and renewal, smart city planning and construction, to achieve mutual benefits and win-win cooperation.

Pei Yanming welcomed Ni Huaguang's visit and stated that as an institution specializing in the management and service application of geographical spatial information, the Provincial Survey and Mapping Institute has always actively utilized its advantages to make positive contributions to promoting the construction of digital natural resources in our province, supporting natural resources business applications, serving government management decision-making. The Construction Investment Group, as the largest comprehensive state-owned investment and construction group in our province, has broad cooperation space with the institute fields such as engineering surveying and mapping services and natural resources monitoring. During the visit, the group toured the production base and cloud supercomputing center of the Provincial Surveying Mapping Institute, and watched the demonstration of the spatiotemporal big data platform and the digital natural resources command and dispatch center.
